Submit your hero to be featured on the Wall of Honor in our trademark format one of the following ways:
1. Fill out and submit the online form below on this webpage. 2. Click the "print form" button lower on this webpage. Print, fill out and mail the paper form, along with a photo of your honoree, to our Bismarck office. Our mailing address can be found on the top of the form. |
We suggest that active law enforcement officers are submitted as a department, instead of as individuals. We encourage a donation with every honoree submission. Honorees will be shown on all displays in the region their hometown and\or current residence is found.
